Expensive view for a poor drink

We wanted to test the rooftop. Ok nice view but expensive for what it is. 12 euros a cocktail without alcohol and with little juice mainly ice cubes, not even peanuts to accompany the aperitive. The service was not exceptional, not very kind waitresses, very medium for such a place.

Nice, clean, spacious room and bathroom. Good service. Breakfast could have more options, especially healthy ones, great omelette. Good location for those having business at EU institutions. Roof top bar closed early on the days on my visit, unfortunately. Quite a few simple bars nearby for a drink or dinner.

Lovely hotel , nice staff Jimmy in the restaurant .. what a lovely young man , Bedrooms very quiet , comfortable beds , soft pillows Lovely shower , lots of hot water , free water and coffee / tea facilities Drinks very overpriced in rooftop bar and main bar Breakfast really nice , freshly coned food fresh fruit selection , fresh pastries Pleasant stay

Great Stay

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days. The front desk staff was very nice, and the breakfast was excellent. We were able to use the Hammam, and it was very clean. The hotel's central location and clean rooms were also noteworthy. Housekeeping, particularly Koko/Coco, did a fantastic job cleaning the room. One area that could use improvement is the roof patio. When we visited in the evening, half of the patio was not occupied (so it was not busy) . However, after sitting for about 10 minutes, no one acknowledged our presence or showed any interest in assisting us. Consequently, we had to leave and try some other nearby places. Overall, the stay was great.

Short but sweet stay

A quick trip to Brussels and thought i would stay at the Sofitel, quite conveniently located, few restaurants located in the vicinity including the famous Maison Antoinette frites. There’s a few grocery stores around but they close quite early just an fyi. I was checked in by Jesus who was very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and bathroom was great, lots of information in the room, one thing I will say is there is a lack of usb ports. The bar was nice for a coffee in the morning. The WhatsApp system they have is good however it is not the quickest response times. Tessa and Sophia were helpful to book a restaurant for dinner. Gil ax was very friendly on check out. Will definitely recommend and would return.
